Orders placed through raulativity [“Shop”] are fulfilled and processed through our product supplier, Printful
As such, Shop return policies take into account Printful’s Return Policy, which can be found in full here.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Printful within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to Printful no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Printful policy states that claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
If you contact Shop regarding problems with your order, please do so within 2 weeks after the product has been received. This will allow Shop and the customer time to address concerns and still allow for a timely return to Printful if necessary.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.
Packages sent out from Printful’s US fulfillment centers are returned to its Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Packages sent out from Printful’s Europe location are automatically returned to its Europe fulfillment center. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-1500.
Wrong Address – If customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. Customer will be liable to Shop for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and customer will be liable to Shop for the cost of a reshipment to customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer – If you have concerns about the product you ordered from our Shop, please email us directly prior to submitting a return to Printful. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We are currently unable to accept exchanges or refunds for sizing reasons. Shop items are labeled clearly, so please ensure you are ordering both the product, size, and color you desire prior to submitting your order.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
